What I read there was “business only hire juniors so it can exploit them, pumps them for lots of hours and dumps them when the money dries up”. Had they hired a single seasoned developer, you would of seen/heard them explain that their approach was wrong on every level. Sounded a lot like a sweat shop model tbh…
